What we do

Childminders are self-employed, and work in their own home. They care for children from a few months old upwards, for part or all of the day.
Charges for childminding are agreed between the parent and the childminder, and will vary depending on the number of hours your child is cared for.

We are available: all year round. closed on Tuesday.

We can provide wrap around care. Drop off and/or collection from playgroup/school etc.

Friday 08:15 - 17:30

Hours can be flexible to allow parents to start/finish work early/late etc in exceptional circumstances and by prior arrangement.

Outside of normal hours we can provide care: Early mornings

  Our costs

  • £38.00 per Day - The daily charge includes all food drinks and snacks and outings unless stated.

The language spoken in our setting is English medium setting with some bilingual elements.

Provider has access to support and advice for Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
Support is accessed via Powys Childcare business support, Pacey and other professional agencies.
Provider has a working knowledge of the ALN Act and Person Centred Planning approaches
I have recently been fortunate to access ALN training and receive support and advise from Powys Childcare business support.
Staff have accessed relevant ALN/disability training in the last 2 years?
ALN training was undertaken in March 2021, focusing on the new framework and guidelines.

There is a large, secure outdoor play area with a range of play equipment and resources.
Will you use real nappies for children in your care?
I am more than happy to use real nappies and already offer this service.

One dog is kept separate to children's play areas.
