What we do

We are a Welsh Medium full day care. We provide care and educaton for children from birth to 7years. We offer full day care, Breakfast and afterschool club and wrap around. We also offer funded Flying start and early years education places.

Who do we support

The resourse is for local families with children aged 7 and under, We provide childcare to enable parents to go back to work. We also offer funded Flying start places for 2 year olds living in more flying start post code areas. We provide Early Years Education places for children the term after they turn 3

We are available: all year round. We offer full day care and sessional care, We will be closed bank holidays and over the christmas period

We can provide wrap around care. Pick up and drop off from Ysgol Trelyn and Pengam Primary

We are open Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm

  Our costs

  • £16.00 per Session - 9.30-12 or 1.00-3.30
  • £60.00 per Day - 8am-6pm
  • £30.00 per Half day - morning or afternoon
  • £280.00 per Week - 8am-6pm 5 days a week

The language spoken in our setting is Welsh medium setting.

Provider has access to support and advice for Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
From Caerphilulhy council Early Years department
Provider has a working knowledge of the ALN Act and Person Centred Planning approaches
We have had lots of training and support from caerphilly council and EAS to be able to follow the National curriuculm for Wales for Non Maintained Settings
Staff have accessed relevant ALN/disability training in the last 2 years?
We have regualr training form Caerphilly council covering this including the ALN Code of practice.
