What we do
We take children from 2-3 years accessing Flying Start (fee paying families also welcome). The ratio of staff to children is 1:4. Your child will learn through play with activities to develop their physical, emotional, and social skills. A comfortable area is provided for calm, quiet time to encourage language development with storytelling. Role-play and acting out their understanding of the world allows imagination to develop in our role play area. Children can also join in with craft activities, music, and movement, singing and physical play. Staff are advocates of free play and so they facilitate children's play environments. Our garden and large on-site school grounds provide the opportunity for plenty of safe, independent, child led outdoor play and exploring.
