What we do

Busy Bees St David's Park we provide quality care for children 0-5years old, and have adopted a practical child-centred approach, where children are respected as individuals and encouraged to learn and develop at their own pace within a home from home environment.
The needs of the individual child are paramount and Busy Bees work together to create initiatives, supply resources and provide outstanding care to ensure every child’s interests, safety and happiness is central to everything we do.

About our service

The language spoken in our setting is English medium setting with some bilingual elements.

Provider has access to support and advice for Additional Learning Needs (ALN) Busy Bees has a designated ALN co-ordinator within the setting as well as a ALN/SEND team within the company who are there to offer support and advise whenever needed. We also have Local Authority ALN support.
Provider has a working knowledge of the ALN Act and Person Centred Planning approaches Staff have undergone training to further their Knowledge and understanding of the ALN approaches.
Staff have accessed relevant ALN/disability training in the last 2 years? Staff have undergone training to further their Knowledge and understanding of the ALN approaches.
