What we do
Meifod Pre-school is long and well-established childcare and pre-school education service run through the medium of English, for up to 16 children aged 2 – 11 years. It is based in the demountable classroom at Ysgol Meifod. We are a child-led setting, where the children make choices about what they learn in a way that is holistic to them. We pride ourselves on the friendliness and efficiency of our staff and ensure that everyone receives a warm welcome. We are registered with the C.I.W. who inspects the Pre-school. We are also members of Early Years Wales. We are inspected by ESTYN and have had good inspection reports. Copies are available to view on their website. We are an approved setting for Funded Early Years Education for 3-year-olds and the Childcare offer Wales. Meifod Pre-school is a Registered Charity and the Charity number is 1200041.
