What we do
-Day nurseries provide childcare for young children. They usually open from early morning to early evening, Monday to Friday, all year round.
They offer a caring, safe, stimulating environment either as full day care or part-time care for babies and pre-school children.
Who do we support
Full day care and wraparound for children 0-12.
Mini World Activities include music sessions, aerobics, Circle Time and Face painting. Has use of neighbouring 'Forest School' with a garden and new outdoor classroom for use during the day and for the After school Forrest Club.
The Nursery arranges trips both locally and further afield throughout the year, and has visits from local community services such as the Fire Service and local dentists to broaden the children's experience.
Experience/Training/ Qualifications: Staff qualifications include NNEB, NVQ3, 4 or 5 levels, Play work Level3, Forrest School Leader Level3 and undergo continuous training program. The nursery has received a level 5 from the Welsh Food Standards Agency.
