Aims and Objectives
● Elemental Adventures (EA) aim to provide a nurturing environment that supports children’s health and wellbeing. We do this by providing and implementing positive outdoor, child-led experiences in a natural setting, including using loose parts and natural materials. This helps foster traits such as resilience, confidence and independence whilst developing motivation, co-operation, conflict resolution, decision-making and social skills.
● We provide opportunities for children to develop their physical confidence and coordination by facilitating risky play. The children learn to assess risk themselves and are therefore less likely to hurt themselves and more likely to engage in a wider range of play activities.
