What happens at a family centre:

baby and toddler groups
baby massage
outdoor learning
active sessions
information and support on mental health and wellbeing

signposting to services

support to access food vouchers and parcels

Who do we support

Family Centres provide a caring place where parents are supported to grow personally, to develop positive relationships with their children, families and communities; to increase their knowledge of childcare, to develop a sense of belonging and to improve their wellbeing.
There are six family centres across Ceredigion where you are able to drop into sessions, attend courses and have fun. These are Llandysul Family Centre, Lampeter Family Centre, Tregaron Family Centre, Jig-So(Cardigan), Borth Community Hub and RAY Ceredigion (Aberaeron).

Language: English medium setting with some bilingual elements

  • Can provide specialist support for families of children with disabilities / additional needs Yes Please contact to discuss your child(s) needs further. Children with additional needs are welcome at any session. Contact the relevant Family Centre who will provide you with all the information you require
  • Relevant staff have a valid current DBS? Yes
