What we do

The service aims to enable young people 16+ to make informed decisions in their journey to independence by providing young people with the practical experiences, skill building opportunities and qualifications which will evidence their readiness for their chosen pathway therefore reducing the number of failed tenancies for vulnerable young people.

Who do we support

The service provides training flat experiences and one to one independent living and life skills support for young people aged 15 to 25 living in care, semi-independently or independently.

Housing support to assist and sustain independent living. Raising awareness through educational visits and improving the understanding of risks.

Referrals can be made directly to the service via a key worker, personal advisor or social worker.
