CUBE - Family support services

What we do

We work with children and young people from 6 - 18 years old. We support as many children and young people as we can who are not in crisis.

We offer support groups and workshops:
Monday 9:30am and 1:00pm - Therapeutic Parenting Group
Monday 3:30pm - Inside Out Emotions group for children aged 7-11
Tuesday 12:00pm - Women's Support Group 18+
Tuesday 3:30pm - Inside Out Emotions Group for children 7-11
Wednesday 3:30pm - Teen Group
Thursday 1:00pm - Step In Group (relationships, past DV/DA) for women 18+
Thursday 4:00pm - Criw CUBE Crew ( A unique group for pre-teens and teens where they can explore school transitions, identity, belonging, friendships and relationships. Building friendships and relationships in a safe and secure environment)
