What we do

Every month Swansea Carers Centre offer free holistic therapies to carers and former carers. The therapies offer carers an opportunity to de-stress and have some ‘me’ time which is so vital to anyone with a caring responsibility. “Carers can have such hectic and challenging lives. Having just a short break and relaxing therapy can have an incredibly positive impact on a person’s overall wellbeing”. They are held at Swansea Carers Centre, Ty Findlay, Bethesda Chapel, Prince of Wales Road, Swansea. SA1 2EX.

Carers - those people who are looking after a parent, child, partner, other relatives or a friend who cannot manage without them
