What we do

Platfform is a Mental Heath and Social Change Charity. We work with people experiencing mild to moderate challenges with their mental health, and with communities who want to create a greater sense of connection, ownership and wellbeing in the places they live.

Our project works with the whole family including parents, carers, young people and children who have mild to moderate mental health and wellbeing needs.

As part for the Platfform Wellbeing project we offer 1:1 and group support.
