What we do
We provide parent to parent support for all breastfeeding parents at every stage of their breastfeeding journey, via our helpline, through social media, online help forms and face to face local meetings. We believe that mothering through breastfeeding is the most natural and effective way of understanding and satisfying the needs of the baby.
Volunteers answering the La Leche Breastfeeding helpline are mothers who have breastfed their own children, they can offer practical suggestions and warm support.
The website features a mother-to-mother forum and downloadable resources.
