What we do

Ceredigion Parenting and Family Support Team offer a fun and interactive young parents (26 years and under) group session that helps you get the best out of family life. We also work with a variety of Services across Ceredigion to provide a range of Parenting programmes to suit individual needs of parents whether one to one or in Groups.

The Young Parents Group usually meet on a weekly basis. We offer a fun and interactive group where you can meet other young parents, have a chat and access parenting advice and support. We also offer arts and crafts activity ideas and explore any other interesting topics within the group.
It’s a fantastic opportunity to meet other young parents and for your child to play, explore and make new friends.

Language: English and Welsh medium

• Can provide specialist support for families of children with disabilities / additional needs Yes Please contact to discuss your child(s) needs further. Health support is adapted for children with disabilities. Some members of staff have the ability to use sign language. We provide an Autism specific programme and a Parent Nurture course, specifically for parents of children with a Disability or Additional Learning Need.
