Nature based eco therapy sessions for mums and dads focused on babies, toddlers and wobbly walkers. We baby wear, we walk, we talk, we forest bathe, we enjoy nature crafts together, seasonal snacks and drinks including a Cacao or tea ceremony. All sessions are based on the Wheel of the Year so we celebrate each turn of the wheel, coming together for community, connection and nature immersion.
All mums, dads and babies up to wobbly walkers, older sibling also welcome too.
Yes - Between £10-15 per session depending on duration and activities.
