Bargoed YMCA Football Teams - Children and young people's activities

What we do

We have football teams for children aged 5 - 12. The teams are made for specific age groups to ensure equality and fair play . We have been running the Football teams for a number of years and it gives children the chance to be part of a team, learn new skills, keep active and improve their own fitness levels. It gives them the chance to make new friends and be part of a fun, friendly and safe environment outside of school. By joining the team children are able to build confidence, enjoy a healthy hobby and who knows, maybe even build a career in the game of football!
