Forest School - Hope - Children and young people's activities

What we do

Our Woodland Classrooms are based in Park in the Past in Hope. We use various outdoor sites surrounded by beautiful, mixed, mature trees, climbing ivy and woodland wildflowers to bring groups, families, school classes and adult learners here for a range of activities from Forest School sessions, to bush-craft, to mindfulness in nature and overall wellbeing by learning to live sustainably with our environment for a greener future.

Who do we support

Forest School is an approach to learning which uses the natural environment as the children’s main teacher while fostering a respect for nature, an understanding of the wildlife and environment through open enquiry, exploration and enthusiastic facilitators.
Although Forest School programs are known mostly for engaging with Primary School aged children (4-11 year old's) we also run special sessions for teenagers and young people with a wellbeing focus.Take a look at our Website for out Forrest Babies Parent and Toddler sessions too.
