Team Around the Family - Family support services

What we do

Team Around the Family is part of the Vale of Glamorgan's Early Help provision supporting Children, Young People (aged 0-18) and their Families, who may benefit from additional support to overcome difficulties and make positive changes. We will complete a Wellbeing Assessment to identify strengths as well as difficulties and offer direct work with parents, children and young people when applicable. We will also work closely with other services in order to get the best support to meet the identified needs.
