What we do

Ceredigion Flying Start offer informative, fun and interactive parenting sessions that help you get the best out of family life. Ceredigion Flying Start work with a variety of services across Ceredigion to provide a range of parenting programmes to suit individual needs of parents whether one to one or in groups.

Little Stars welcomes babies from birth to 10 months old and their parents to enjoy a weekly session of baby fun activities. It’s a fantastic opportunity to come and meet other parents and babies and to join in with the fun and exciting planned activities we have to offer. Babies have fun by exploring, singing, tummy time, and meeting other babies.
During the 8 weeks we explore the following topics;
• Sensory play
• Stories and singing
• Messy play
• Treasure baskets
• Weaning – having fun with food
• Sleep

Language: English and Welsh medium

• Can provide specialist support for families of children with disabilities / additional needs Yes Please contact to discuss your child(s) needs further. Health support is adapted for children with disabilities. Some members of staff have the ability to use sign language. We provide an Autism specific programme and a Parent Nurture course, specifically for parents of children with a Disability or Additional Learning Need.
