What we do

We are a national charity which runs events across the UK that would benefit couples, parents and those that are bereaved. Care for the Family has been supporting and encouraging families in the UK since 1988. We aim to strengthen family life & help those facing family difficulties. We hold family-building events both online and on tour around the UK.

We have a wide selection of books, podcasts and video-based courses on family life, bereavement and relationships. Our work includes befriending services for parents of children who have additional needs, for those who are bereaved of a child, and for those who have lost a partner early in life.

We also run holidays for single parents and their families to get away and have quality time together.
