What we do

Postnatal exercise class including baby, through songs, movement and visuals.

Our program is designed to ease your body back into exercise initially and then get you more fit and toned than ever before!
It is important to remember that your body goes through a lot of changes during and after pregnancy and thus postnatal exercise needs to be specifically designed for your needs.
All new mothers should check with their doctor before starting any exercise program including ours. Mothers who have had a c section need to be especially cautious and can join us when baby is 10 weeks, providing they have permission from their doctor.

Who do we support

New mummies and their babies aged between 6 - 13months

Once you are ready, we up the intensity in the Level 2 sessions. Our higher intensity cardio, toning and strengthening workouts get real results fast, but are still very carefully designed for the needs of postnatal women. Baby’s needs also differ in this age group and we have even more fun as babies begin to interact with each other too :).
