Caia park Partnership - Aim high project - Children and young people's activities

What we do

Aim High Plus is a needs-led Mentoring project based at Caia park Partnership. Julie and Emma are our Senior Mentors and aim to provide tailored 1:1 Mentoring support to young people aged 8 to 18 years living in the Wrexham Borough.

Young people can be referred by completing and submitting one of our detailed referral forms. These forms can be requested by telephone on 01978 803497 or by emailing us at: aimhighplus@caiapark.org and returning completed referrals to the same email address.

Referrals can be made by family members/carers, professionals working directly with the young person or their family. Young people can self-refer but would need parental consent if under the age of 18.

For more information about our Mentoring service or the referral process, please contact the Aim High Plus Project using the details above.
