What we do

Supporting Service Children in Education (SSCE) Cymru is a Welsh Local Government Association programme initially funded by the MOD’s Education Support Fund and funded by Welsh Government from 2019.

The SSCE Cymru mission is to provide the best possible educational support to Service children in Wales. This is achieved through the following three areas of the project mission:
• Gathering knowledge and evidence
• Producing resources and coordinating activities
• Impacting policy and systems.

Armed Forces network including:
• Educational settings
• Children
• Families
• Armed Forces organisations, charities and support groups.
