What we do

At Tŷ Hapus our mission is to provide support for those with Dementia and their families.

Tŷ Hapus free counselling offers you the chance to talk in a safe and confidential space whether it’s for support with life’s challenges or just someone to talk to.

Who do we support

If you are a family member, friend, or carer over the age of 14 and know someone who has Dementia we can support you.
