What we do

New motherhood is often imagined to be a time of great joy, happiness, and excitement. However the reality for many mums can be far from this with low moods, anxiety, worrying thoughts and feelings. At Conwy Mind we support mums to manage the everyday, nurture themselves and dispel the many myths of motherhood. Mums matter is a group for mums in the perinatal stage (from pregnancy to 2yrs), living in the Conwy area.
