What we do

Carers Trust North Wales Crossroads Care Services is the leading provider of emotional and practical support for unpaid carers and the people they care for across North Wales. We are a registered charity, and a network partner of Carers Trust which is a national organisation of local charities.
We have over 35 years of experience of providing a range of services to carers in Anglesey, Ceredigion, Conwy, Denbighshire, Flintshire, Gwynedd and Wrexham. We aim to improve the lives of carers by providing them with respite from caring, allowing them time to themselves knowing that the person they care for is in safe hands.
Carers Trust North Wales wants every unpaid carer to be recognised, supported and offered services to help them maintain their own health and wellbeing.

Who do we support

This service is for families and carers

Each service user will receive a unique home or community based bilingual service ranging from the low level provision of companionship to high level personal care.

All our staff are highly trained and qualified and all have undergone an up-to-date enhanced DBS disclosure check.

  • Can provide specialist support for families of children with disabilities / additional needs Yes Please contact to discuss your child(s) needs further. We are registered with CIW to provide services to children. We can provide:
    1-1 support services
    Group sessions including after-school/holiday groups
    Specialised tasks, ie peg feeding and personal care
    Practical and emotional support

    RESPITE CARE, we can provide :_
    Personal Care
    Medication
    Help with Shopping
    Help with Household Chores
    Collection and Delivery of Prescriptions
