Mental health and wellbeing support for disabled children and young people aged 11-25 and their families who are living in Neath Port Talbot.We offer counselling sessions tailored specifically for children and young people with disabilities aged 11-25 years old.We also offer peer support group to enable children and young people with disabilities to interact with their peers who have similar experiences.We offer workshops for parents specifically on mental health to provide them with the tools and techniques to support their children as well as advice, information and resources.
