Friday Play Club - Children and young people's activities

What we do

We provide a variety of play activities and opportunities for children aged 5-11 years. All clubs are supported by a session supervisor and leisure support workers. All staff are highly trained in supporting a child with a disability, complex behaviours and medical conditions such as epilepsy. We offer activities such as ILS (Independent living skills) Rebound, sensory room, sensory play, messy play, outdoor play and general play.

Staffed are trained in Safe guarding, Autism awareness, Manual handling, Epilepsy awareness, Epilepsy emergency medication administration, Paediatric first aid, managing challenging behaviours, personal care, communication methods, Team teach, Rebound therapy, Medication administration. We are a fully accessible club for all disabilities and/ or developmental delays.
