What we do

A confidential, independent service that support parents to have their
voice heard. The project works on a 1:1 basis and supports parents
to resolve issues, make changes, engage with support services and to
navigate systems.

Is there a charge to use this service?

No

Can anyone use this service?

Yes – Referrals will be made from teachers using the JAFF referral form (Joint Assessment Family Framework) or Self Referral
