What we do

Team Around Family is a process that helps workers from different agencies work together to deliver services that are built around the needs of all members of a family. We recognise that, in order to improve outcomes for children, we need to improve outcomes for families as a whole.
We start from the principle that we should be ensuring that the TAF process and the interventions delivered are ‘bespoke’ to the needs of the whole family with the families requirements and not service requirements at the centre of our planning .The TAF approach expects services to join up around families.

Can anyone use this service?

TAF is accessed via recommendation from a local professional or agency who are working with your family. If you consider that your family require a TAF then you can ask for a request to be made and we will identify the lead agency with you.
