What we do

This class focuses upon expressive dance that combines elements of contemporary dance and physical prowess whilst striving to connect the mind and the body through fluid dance movements. Students learn to create their own movements through improvisation work. This dance genre is often done in bare feet.

• Can support children with disabilities / additional needs? Yes Please contact to discuss your child(s) needs further. There is level access entrance with a small ramp to the studio, designated disabled parking, and accessible toilets on site.
  Staff have received Disability Inclusion, Safeguarding and Autism Awareness training and are DBS checked.
  Our dance classes are inclusive and we also have a disability specific class and a Parkinsons specific class.
  We hold the Silver Insport Badge for inclusive practice
