What we do

The Fairbridge Programme offers young people not in Education, Employment or Training between the age of 16-25, the opportunity to develop Personal, Social & Life skills through participation in a range of fun and challenging activities.

The Programme starts with:
A one week ‘Access’ course-which may include Rock Climbing, Canoeing, Caving and Gorge Walking-developing skills such as team work and communication.
Then followed by a wide range of other courses such as Sports, Drama & Media, Life Skills (cooking & budgeting), Food Hygiene, First Aid, Community Projects and Employability skills; with 1:1 support provided throughout the programme.

Travel expenses are reimbursed each day with lunch, kit and equipment all provided free! We also offer a pickup service in the first week from Cardiff Central train station to our centre (if needed).
