What we do

My aim is to provide a service that cares for boys and girls aged 0 – 12 years in a caring home environment; where they will be able to play and learn through various activities appropriate to their age, culture and stage of development. It’s vital that the parents feel as comfortable as possible when choosing childcare and that is why I offer a settling in period tailored to the individual child. I want children to feel that this is a home from home, an environment where they will feel safe, happy and settled at all times.

Who do we support

My service is open to families in the local community and I am able to care for children with special needs, which I would need to assess individually. I operate a waiting list and will agree a settling in period with parents based on each families’ individual needs. I am able to look after 10 children under 12 years of age. Of those 10 only 6 children under 8 years of age, of those 6 children, no more than 3 may be under 5 years of age, of those 3 under 5 years no more than 2 may be under 18 months of age, although exceptions can be made for siblings. These numbers include my own children

  Our opening times and availability

We are available: term time only. I will be able to offer occasional cover in the school hoildays, if this is required.

We are available during the following school terms:

  • Spring term
  • Autumn term
  • Summer term

We can provide wrap around care. The school I provide wrap around care for is Danescourt Primary.

I can be flexible with opening hours, if needed.

I offer a sibling discount for full time children who attend with a sibling - £40 per day per child.
