What we do

Inspection Report received 2020 : . I assess the needs of the children regularly. Offers a wide range of toys and activities in accordance with development and age of children, and to give them a variety of experiences. Offer a service in a comfortable, happy setting and is located in a quiet area. I will go on visits with the children e.g. library, the beach, walk around the area, the park and different attractions locally and further afield e.g. Harlech Castle; Colwyn Bay Zoo; Ffestiniog and Llanberis steam train and soft play setting. I attend age appropriate workshops e.g.'glass', photography, Hip Hop; bat boxes when the opportunities arise, as I cannot offer this at my setting.

I attend courses / training e.g. First Aid for Children; Level 2 Food Safety in Catering; Safeguarding Children; Effective Learning Schemes and Features; Forest School Training; PACEY Conference - Supporting Children with Additional Needs; Safe Care and Whistle Blowing; ‘Community Food & Nutrition Skills’; Child Protection; Fire Safety Awareness; NCMA Seminar - Meningitis, Incredible Years Parenting Programe , Play Workshops; Speech and Language; Special Educational Needs in Early Years; CIW Information Sessions; Makaton. I successfully completed and obtained a certificate ‘Diploma in Children 's Care, Learning and Development’ L3. I have a score of 5 for Food Hygiene from the AL. Attend school concerts / activities e.g. Thanksgiving, Christmas, Summer Fayre, Sports etc. (this is to support the minded children and also to encourage the little ones to support older children and prepare them for the future). I do not post children's photos and information on a website or on facebook.
