What we do

We aim for all staff to have the relevant Paediatric First Aid training. All staff are Safeguard trained within the first week of employment. Over 60% of staff hold the relevant childcare qualification with over 20% of other staff working towards qualifications. All staff have an in depth induction programme of which involves a variety of relevant training courses such as: Food Hygiene, FGM, Prevent Duty, Health and Safety to name a few.
