Elevate - Education

What we do

We are a local charity that supports young people to raise aspirations, break the poverty mindset, improve their skills and get involved in their community. We believe it’s important to improve their individual confidence, create a greater degree of self-awareness, increase resilience and develop optimism. We want young people to be ambitious, and be ready for the world at work, and to do this it is essential to able to communicate well, build rapport and create networks that improve their opportunities. We aim to transform one life at a time.

Who do we support

How Can Becoming an Elevate Community Coach-Mentor Help You?

On the course you will learn skills to help you not only direct young peoples focus, encouraging them to identify the inner resources and find the solutions that will empower them to reach their potential, but these skills will help you to sharpen your life as well.

Professional Credibility: We work with the MOE foundation, and we continue working with the University of South Wales Coaching Psychology Department to make sure our training modules are fit for purpose.

Why Coaching-Mentoring? For any young person, especially those that are disadvantaged, having a consistent adult mentor-coach involved in their lives on a one to one basis can have a significant impact. Someone who will be a role model, invest in them, and help them achieve their goals and bring about positive change is valuable.
